Development of a 'mixed economy' growth strategy for The Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh fusing inspired arts programming with innovative retail partnerships.
We were appointed to develop a robust blueprint for the management and development of the Assembly Rooms as an accessible, prestigious cultural venue as part of a £11m conservation and building development scheme. The business plan provided a foundation for the future development of the venue and the evidence required to secure the support of partners, sponsors and funders.
Project Objectives:
